I’ve been making so much chocolate cake the last fee weeks, which I wanted to make sure I had a recipe that I could be proud of. Well after making some tweaks and adjustments I created the All American Chocolate Fudge Cake. After making the Girl Scout cake, I made an extra cake and I had to stop myself from eating it. I made chocolate fudge frosting to go with the cake, and sprinkled some fun confetti on it and it was ready for tasting.
OMC, (aka. OH MY CUPCAKE, for those who don’t know) The cake was so moist and has the best fudge chocolaty taste. I love creating recipes and as our motto says, “Mixing the rights, the right way, to create perfection”.
This weekend I am setting up a booth at the Bite Fest in San Antonio, so I am thinking of whipping up some Halloween theme cupcakes and sugar cookies. I can’t wait to post some pictures.
Last but definitely not least, the winner of our Chic Cupcake Challenge is the Fabulous Miss Dot!!!
(How darling is her logo!!)
I highly recommend checking out her blog if you have not done so. She created Sweet Potato Cream Cheese Cupcake with Marshmallow Frosting, how yum does that sound.Well I will post pictures of her prizes and want to thank Miss Rhiannon at Pink Sugar Desserts, for hosting this fun challenge with me. I can’t wait until we do the 2nd Annual Chic Cupcake Challenge, so start thinking of your recipes!

YAY!!! We are awesome Miss Erica :) And yes let's start planning an Xmas version! Get better lady!
Oh I'll be those little girl scouts LOVED their cake! Look how perfect and yummy it is! I totally do the same thing with extra batter, too. It's either a mini cake or a cupcake that gets made with anything leftover!
Thanks so much for the super sweet mention, too! You're too good to me :)
Love the Girl Scout cake!! I've been a GS leader for 11 years so I think your cake is awesome!
